Ekhlasur Rahman has over 20 years of experience in management and as an entrepreneur. His vision is to help implement cutting edge actuarial and risk management techniques in Bangladesh.

Ekhlasur Rahman holds a Master in Commerce (MCom) in Management from the University of Dhaka. His experience in business, formerly in international trade and commerce, helped him identify good risk management as essential to business success. He also recognised actuaries as professionals that approach risk management in a quantitative and systematic way. He believes this skill set to be a valuable commodity for Bangladesh and has been instrumental in driving the growth of AIR Consulting in Bangladesh.
